Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; if there is a meaningful delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations
We currently focus on the United States and selected international destinations. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on your address.

Estimated Delivery
United States: typically 3-7 business days after dispatch.
International orders: delivery time varies by destination, customs processing, and carrier availability.

Shipping Rates
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping where available. For other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your shipping method.
