Processing & Handcrafting
Every CRYSTVEDA bracelet is hand-tailored to your wrist size and cleansed before shipment.

Delivery Estimate: Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3–7 business days.

Carrier: We primarily use USPS and UPS to ensure your package is handled with care.

Free Shipping: All orders over $75 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

Flat Rate: For orders under $75, a flat shipping fee will be applied and calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.

If it is still missing after 48 hours, please contact your local post office. CRYSTVEDA is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
