Returns & Refunds

We want your CRYSTVEDA pendant to feel meaningful and well suited to you. If your order is not right, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing packaging.

How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, final sale, or visibly worn items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

CRYSTVEDA pendants are symbolic jewelry inspired by Buddhist art and tradition. They are not sold as medical, financial, or guaranteed spiritual solutions.
