30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your bracelet to initiate a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The bracelet is in its original, unworn condition.

It is returned in its original packaging (pouch and box).

The stones have no physical damage or alterations.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please fill out our Contact Form with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions within 24–48 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Resizing

Wrong Size? We offer a one-time complimentary resizing for first-time orders. You only cover the return shipping to us, and we will handle the rest.

Damaged Items: If your bracelet arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS Ground Advantage), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
